Physical Therapy
Physical rehabilitation helps patients restore movement and gain prior functional levels. Our dedicated rehabilitation staff represent many specialty areas, allowing us to offer a full range of inter-disciplinary services to each patient.
Occupational Therapy
Occupational rehabilitation helps patients rebuild essential skills required to return to work following an injury. They also specialize in hand and wrist injuries such as carpal tunnel, bone fractures and trauma injuries to name a few.
Athletic Training
Athletic injury rehabilitation helps patients with orthopedic injuries sustained by competitive and recreational athletes of all ages. We also provide contractual athletic training coverage to area schools, clubs and athletic teams for events/practices.
Custom Orthotics
Orthotics are shoe inserts that often relieve pain and discomfort associated with foot problems, leg length differences, postural conditions such as scoliosis and lower extremity fatigue. Our professional staff has received advanced training in custom orthotic fitting and fabrication. Using the Fastech® custom orthotic system, Tri-Rehab's staff can fit and fabricate a pair of orthotics while you wait. The entire process takes approximately 55 minutes and is available at our Dearborn location!
Functional Capacity Evaluations
For our workman's compensation clientele, Tri-Rehab offers functional capacity evaluations at our Dearborn location. Your employee will be safely evaluated on their strength, range of motion and stamina to determine their capacity for return to work. Our physical therapist will perform a thorough three to five hour evaluation and complete a comprehensive report for the patient's physician and employer.
Fit for 60 Program
Upon discharge from formal rehabilitation at Tri-Rehab, our patients receive 60 consecutive days to work-out in our facilities for
FREE. This program must be started immediately after the patient has completed formal rehabilitation. The Fit for 60 Program allows our patients to continue their exercise routines on their own, in the comfort of our facility and with our staff available to answer any of their questions. After those 60 days, it is only $20.00 a month to continue working out at our facility. Hours for FIT FOR 60 are posted at our facility and are usually during normal business hours.

P.E.A.K. Performance Programs
Our staff will work with individuals to evaluate and formulate a healthy and successful fitness program here at our facility. We will work one on one with our clients to improve their overall health, fitness, cardiovascular and endurance levels. Please call us to discuss additional information and training programs available.
Balance Programs
We specialize in balance and vestibular issues due to the result of a head injury, inner ear issues or deconditioned individuals. Our staff will develop a specialized treatment program to address our patient's needs and help prevent falls and improve lower extremity strength and overall balance.
Work Hardening
For our workman's compensation clientele, Tri-Rehab offers work hardening programs to return workers to their jobs and active lifestyles. We address the needs associated with the strength, stamina and function needed for workers to do their jobs daily without additional or new injuries. Rehabilitation programs are set up to last a minimum of 2 hours per session and up to 8 hours as directed by case manager and physician orders.
Transportation Service
We offer a free ride service to and from Tri-Rehab (Dearborn currently) for physical rehabilitation for patients in need. If you have a patient that might qualify, please feel free to call us for more information. Dearborn, Detroit, Dearborn Heights and Melvindale areas (10 mile radius only).
Wii™ Rehabilitation Service
The Nintendo Wii™ gaming system encourages active play. It strengthens and conditions the body, while improving balance, coordination, and range of motion in a fun, engaging way. The Wii™ program also encourages socialization and improves the spirit and mood of patients who participate. The Wii™ program is simple enough for anyone to learn in several minutes.
Community Programs
Our professional staff is available to speak at your next function. Topics include but are not limited to: Proper Lifting Techniques, Prevention of Overuse Injuries, Providing a Safe Home and Fall Prevention, Total Joint Rehabilitation, Safe Sports Participation, Proper Lifting Techniques and Taking Care of Your Athlete's Injury.
